How to Change Your Password or Global Key

  1. Open the Emerald main menu, which is on the top right of the app.
  2. Select "Settings".
  3. On the left of the screen your will see the options ""COMMON" and "GLOBAL KEY".
  4. Select "GLOBAL KEY".
  5. In the form provided, enter your current password and then your new password and confirmation.
  6. Press "CHANGE".
  7. You will see a message that says "Global key successfully changed".
  8. You password or global key has been changed.
