- Open the Emerald main menu, which is on the top right of the app.
- Select "Settings".
- On the left of the screen your will see the options ""COMMON" and "GLOBAL KEY".
- Select "GLOBAL KEY".
- In the form provided, enter your current password and then your new password and confirmation.
- Press "CHANGE".
- You will see a message that says "Global key successfully changed".
- You password or global key has been changed.
